Bread the Way It Was Meant to Be

At Montelimar Bread, we believe good bread takes time. We use traditional fermentation, stone-milled flours, and time-honored techniques to produce loaves and pastries with real depth of flavor — the kind you can taste in every crust and crumb.

From sourdoughs and levain loaves to buttery viennoiserie, everything leaves our kitchen the way it should: warm, honest, and made with care.

  • Whole Wheat Levain Nutty, hearty, and deeply satisfying.
  • Seeded Rye Dark, dense, and packed with character.
  • Olive & Herb Focaccia Light, airy, with a golden crust and fresh herbs.
